Exchange & Return Policy
We provide easy exchange in the following cases :
Wrong product delivered.
Wrong size delivered than what was ordered.
Defected product delivered.
Exchanges will be free of cost & can be done through a message or call to our customer service. We try to make exchanges as smooth for the customers as we can.
Opening video will be required for damage related issue.
In case, reverse pickup by third party courier company is not feasible due to any reason, customer will have to send the product(s) back to our warehouse himself at their own expense. These cases are very rare though.
Exchange & Return request must be raised within 3 days of receiving the product.
We get the photo shoots of the products done from professional photographers so variance between photos & actual product is negligible. Still in case customer doesn’t like the product when its delivered or if there is any size related issue, there is an option to exchange it with any other product. Customer will have to pay the shipping fees for the exchange in such cases. Shipping fee will be 100 rupees.
Return/ refund request can only be accepted in cases wherein we are not able to offer exchange due to unavailability of the item that needs to be sent in exchange.
Also, in cases wherein delivery of the product gets delayed by more than 4 days, you can request for full refund. General delivery time is upto 7 days.
