Refund Policy

At Qurbat, we aim to provide a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand the process and timelines associated with returns and refunds.

1. When Will I Receive My Refund?

Once you place a return request with our Customer Service team, the following process will take place:

  • Product Pickup: Typically, we will arrange for the product pickup within 2 business days from the time the return request is raised.

  • Refund Initiation: After the pickup is complete, it usually takes 1 business day to initiate the refund.

  • Refund Processing Time: Post refund initiation, it takes approximately 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. Please note that the exact time may vary depending on the payment method used.

Note: Orders with torn or damaged packaging will not be accepted for return.

2. What Is the Refund Timeframe?

The refund process follows this timeline:

  • Product Pickup: 2 business days after the return request.

  • Refund Initiation: 1 working day after pickup.

  • Refund Process Completion: 5-7 working days to reflect in your account.

3. Can I Change the Mode of Payment for My Refund?

Refunds will be processed via the same payment method used for the original transaction. Unfortunately, you cannot change the mode of payment for your refund.

4. What Is the Duration Within Which Returns Are Accepted?

  • Prepaid Orders: Refund is processed 7 business days after successful quality check.

  • COD Orders: Refund is processed 7 business days after successful quality check.

5. What Is the Refund Method for Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders?

For COD orders, refunds will be issued directly to your Bank Account after successful return and quality check.

6. What Happens If My Order Is Lost or Undelivered?

In case your order is lost or undelivered to your preferred address, you will be entitled to a full refund, including any shipping charges (if applicable and paid online).

7. What Happens to the Shipping/COD Charges If I Return a Delivered Order?

Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable if you decide to return the delivered order.

8. Can I Cancel My Order?

You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it, Monday to Saturday between 10 AM - 6 PM. However, please note that some orders are processed and shipped immediately, making it difficult to cancel in some cases. To cancel, please send an email to care@qurbat.in with your cancellation request.

  • Refund Method for Cancellations: If you cancel an order, any payment made will be refunded to the original payment method used during checkout.

9. How Long Does It Take for a Refund to Be Processed for Debit Card and Credit Card Transactions?

The processing time for refunds via debit or credit card depends on your bank. Typically:

  • Refunds Above INR 5000: Banks will send an SMS notification to customers when the refund is credited.

  • Refunds Below INR 5000: Please check your bank account or credit card statement for confirmation.

Please note that only the product price will be refunded. Delivery and handling charges are non-refundable.
