If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request an exchange, giving us an opportunity to serve you with another product. You can also return the product and receive a full refund.

You can simply drop us an email at care@qurbat.in or contact us at 9218302893 within 7 days of receiving the product, and we shall get it exchanged for any other product that you may wish to order.
Refund Policy
We offer easy returns, allowing you to return any item within 7 days of receiving it for a full refund. You can request a return by writing an email to care@qurbat.in.
Return Guidelines:
1. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original, undamaged condition.
2. All original product tags must remain intact.
Important Notes:
- In the event that you receive an incorrect or missing product, please provide a video of the unboxing process within 24 working hours of delivery. Claims submitted without video proof will not be processed.
- Once the returned item is received and passes our quality check, we will send you a confirmation email, and the refund will be issued within 7 working days.
