Return & Exchange Policy
At Qurbat, we are committed to delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it for a full refund of the paid price. Please note that returns are only applicable for products purchased directly from the Qurbat website. Products purchased through third-party distributors (either online or offline) are not eligible for returns.
Refund Policy
We offer a 15-day return policy, allowing you to return any item within 15 days of receiving it for a full refund.
Exchange Policy
Currently, Qurbat does not offer an exchange policy for products purchased through our platform.
Return Guidelines:
1. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original, undamaged condition.
2. All original product tags must remain intact.
3. Items should be returned in their original packaging.
Important Notes:
- In the event that you receive an incorrect or missing product, please provide a video of the unboxing process within 24 working hours of delivery. Claims submitted without video proof will not be processed.
- Once the returned item is received and passes our quality check, we will send you a confirmation email.
- Returns are free of charge if the product is incorrect (wrong style, size, or damaged). If the returned product does not meet our quality standards, it will be shipped back to you.
How to Return a Product to Qurbat:
1. To initiate a return, please create a ‘Return Request’ in the “My Orders” section on our website. Follow the instructions provided after clicking the ‘Return’ button. Ensure the item is ready for pick-up or ship it to us, depending on the return method you select.
2. We offer pick-up services for the address provided during your order. Alternatively, you may contact us via email at care@qurbat.in with your Order ID, product name, and SKU to begin the return process. Our courier partner will arrange a pick-up from your doorstep, and you will receive an SMS on the scheduled pick-up day.
Failure to Pick-Up:
We will attempt to pick up the product three times. If the product is not collected after the third attempt, the return request will be marked as failed. Should you require further assistance, please contact our customer care team at: 8700285231.
Additional Information:
1. Please ensure that the correct product is handed over to the delivery person during the pick-up process.
2. If your pin code is non-serviceable for reverse pick-up and you are required to self-ship the product, we will reimburse shipping costs up to a maximum of Rs. 100.
